Candle care

Our handcrafted candles are designed to be sculptural pieces in your home. We use the highest quality cotton wicks to ensure an even, long-lasting burn time.
To get the most out of your new candle, here are a few tips for you.

Step-by-Step Candle Care Tips:

1

Always trim your wick to between 1/8 to 1/4 inch before lighting.

2
Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, such as a flat dish or candle stand, to catch any dripping wax.

3
When lighting your candle for the first time, burn it for at least 2 hours to allow the top layer of wax to melt completely. This will help prevent tunneling in the future!

4
Use a snuffer to extinguish the flame. Blowing out candles can cause wax to spray over surfaces and smoke to fill the room. It can also bury the wick in the wax, making it difficult to light the candle next time.

5
Always follow candle safety rules!

We hope you enjoy your new candle as much as we loved creating it for you!
