Our handcrafted candles are designed to be sculptural pieces in your home. We use the highest quality cotton wicks to ensure an even, long-lasting burn time.
We recommend the following tips for burning your new candle:

Trim Your Wick

Always trim your wick to 1/4 to 1/8 inch before lighting. Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling. Trimming the wick before lighting will allow for a clean burn and will extend the burn time of your candle.

Snuff Your Candles

Don’t blow out your candles (unless it’s your birthday, of course). Blowing out candles can cause wax to spray over surfaces and smoke to fill the room. It can also bury the wick in the wax, making it hard to light your candle the next time. This is why we recommend using a candle snuffer.

Candle Safety

  • Before lighting your candle, place it on a stable surface, such as a flat dish or candle plate, to catch any dripping wax.
  • Keep candles away from direct sunlight, flammable objects, children, and pets.
  • Store candles in a cool, dry place, and never leave burning candles unattended.
  • Always extinguish candles before leaving the room.
