Return policy

Our candles are individually hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of soy wax, they may vary slightly in color, fragrance, and appearance. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please choose our products carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Stock

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our candles, some stock may arrive damaged due to postage and handling. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at studio.heymood@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to replace the damaged stock once it is returned to us.

Note! Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. We do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services. If your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service.
